Founded in 2012 by Rumen Kehayov, our company began with a simple mission: to deliver high-quality cladding solutions for new-build projects. In 2017, the tragic Grenfell Tower disaster reshaped the construction landscape, highlighting the urgent need for safer building materials and remediation work. Recognising our responsibility to contribute to safer communities, we expanded our expertise into the recladding sector. Since then, we have been at the forefront of cladding remediation, helping to replace unsafe materials and bring buildings up to modern safety standards.

Today, we continue to specialise in both new-build cladding and recladding projects, partnering with developers, contractors, and building owners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and visually striking solutions.
